Stereotypical Student: Testing VII

This intentionally corny series of posts makes fun of the schools by providing an obviously fictional diary of a student who fits many stereotypes.

Entry # 33

Today, our class took our first ever standardized test. We started by being told how we should take the test. We then spent hours on material that matches what we have been taught. It's pretty clear that this test was custom designed for us. If it hadn't been, how do you explain how things match? It certainly couldn't be because my teachers care more about the test than what she believes we should be learning.

Keep in mind that the person writing my words on my behalf came through before No Child Left Behind. No Child Left Behind changed everything by strengthening and enforcing what the schools were already doing. That means that everything the schools were already doing wrong is entirely the fault of that law.

I won't be writing an entry tomorrow. A lot of these standardized tests are multi-day. That means that tomorrow could be represented by a simple copy and paste from today's entry.
