My current teacher is a big believer in lectures. Who can blame her? It doesn't take a genius to see that the most efficient manner of learning for the entire class involves each and every one of the students learning the exact same thing in the exact same way at the exact same time. That is clearly the best way to meet the needs of the individuals.
