Growing up, you frequently hear about the value of learning a second language. I got an early start in kindergarten. I had a teacher that gave us quick lessons in Spanish. For the most part, we were given simple words such as animals that we were expected to memorize. Since I felt that I had a head start, I would look for more opportunities to learn the subject.
